Event requests: Thanks for considering hosting your event at WFMC, please click the Event Form Button below and fill out the form so we can most appropriately respond to your request and help with your needs. Please note that if this is for personal use there will be a $50 deposit required, and a $50 recommended donation for use of most spaces.

Promotion Request Form

Promotion requests: Fill out the form below if you are interested in having your event or initiative promoted through our church communications. The form will walk you through the different communication options available.
