Interim Lead Pastor
Allen Berger
Allen’s passion and calling is to serve God in the area of youth ministry. He and his wife Danielle have been serving and ministering to youth for over 14 years and have been part of WFMC staff family since 2012. They can be found spending time outdoors with their children Elleah and Anthony, the youth leaders and hanging out with students. Allen believes that it is extremely important to be present in the life of students outside the church walls and he enjoys finding conventional and not so conventional ways to meet students right where they are in life.
Associate Pastor
Neal Warren
Pastor Neal grew up in Dearborn, Michigan and attended Spring Arbor University where he met his wife Amy who is a special education teacher. They are happy to be back in Michigan after spending two years in Avon, Indiana where Neal served as a youth pastor at Light & Life FMC.
In his free time, you will find Neal running, biking, or reading. During the summer Neal and Amy love spending time at their family’s cottage on Lake Huron where they paddle board, sail, swim and relax on the beach.
Pastor Neal’s main roles include managing the church’s technology, online platforms, worship services, communications, and administration.

youth/young adult ministry leader
Collin Hicks
Collin’s heart lies in serving both youth students and young adults navigating life after high school. He began attending WFMC in 2015 and grew up through the youth group until he graduated from Williamston High School in 2020.
Collin has since graduated from Lansing Community College and Northwood University in 2023 with a bachelors of Business Administration. In addition to his schooling, Collin is taking steps in ministerial education to become a conference ministerial candidate.
In his free time, Collin loves to take adventures in nature and explore God’s creation. He also loves playing airsoft, board games, and hanging out with friends.
Worship Leader
Amber Redoutey
Amber and her husband Jason have been attending WFMC since 2021 and felt God’s invitation to have more of a presence in their local church and community. They have 2 teenagers, Caleb and Abby, who regularly attend the youth group and they love the atmosphere that Pastor Allen sets.
Amber is regularly seen behind a piano, whether at church, home or playing for the choirs at Williamston schools. She has always had a love of music and her parents have told her she was singing from a very young age. Amber went to Millikin University for a Bachelor’s in Music Education and then went to Ohio University where she received her Master’s in Piano Pedagogy. She has taught piano for over 30 years and is excited to be using her gifts in a new role as Worship Leader at WFMC.
Many people in the community know our family through our driver’s education business, Mr. R’s Driving School. Jason took over the family business within the past 10 years, but has been teaching students how to drive safely for over 20 years.
When Amber is not doing something music related, she loves walking with her goldendoodle Bailey, watching her daughter play volleyball, having deep conversations with her son, and laughing and doing life with her husband. She also loves coffee, being outdoors in nature, gardening and making her home a beautiful and cozy place to be.
Worship Leader
Spencer Cobb
Spencer has a passion to use the gift’s that God has blessed him with to edify the body of Christ and bring Honor and Glory to Jesus by serving Him. Spencer’s heart longs to create an environment and a space where people can connect with God through true and spiritual worship.
Spencer is a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Realty and sells residential homes as his full time job. In addition to being a Real Estate Agent, he serves as one of the part time Worship Leaders here at WFMC. He has been attending WFMC since he was a newborn.
In Spencer’s free time he loves to spend time in God’s presence through spiritual disciplines such as studying God’s Word, fasting, fellowship, and worship. He really enjoys watching and playing sports. He loves baseball, basketball, football, and golf. He also has a wonderful family and amazing friends that he loves to spend time with.
Pastor of Spiritual Engagement
Sherri King
Sherri was ordained as an Elder in the Free Methodist Church in 2012. In 2014, Sherri began serving at Dansville FMC as associate pastor, where she served for 4 years before returning to WFMC. Sherri is a board certified Christian Life Coach and enjoys camping and the performing arts, especially tap and jazz dance. Sherri recently retired as the Nutrition Program Coordinator for the State Unit on Aging.
Receptionist
Tammy Anderson
Tammy & Paul have been part of the WFMC family since 2009. They have 2 daughters; Ashley is a graduate of MSU and works in law enforcement and Amy plans to graduate from MSU in 2021, and go into the social work/therapy field.
Tammy has worked in a wide range of administrative assistant roles. She loves serving the church in this capacity. Her husband Paul, works at Greenstone Farm Credit and serves on the Leadership Team at WFMC.
